A fixed-scope, evidence-based AI Readiness Assessment — a clear score, real use cases, and a roadmap in four weeks.
Built on two decades of enterprise delivery experience with organisations like Air New Zealand, Spark, and Auckland Council.
Most businesses are experimenting with AI without knowing what is safe, valuable, or ready. 88% of enterprise AI proofs-of-concept never reach production (IDC/Lenovo, 2025), and 95% of generative AI pilots fail to deliver measurable ROI (MIT, The GenAI Divide, 2025) — usually because the organisation wasn't ready, not because the technology failed.
A short online self-assessment. Answer 10 questions and receive an instant indication of your AI readiness level.
A focused one-week review: stakeholder interviews, document review, an indicative AARI™ score, a concise findings memo, and a one-hour readout call. The fast, low-risk way to get an expert view.
Our complete fixed-scope engagement: full discovery, the complete AARI™ Scorecard and Dashboard, gap analysis, identification and prioritisation of your highest-value AI use cases, an executive report and presentation, and a 12-month roadmap.
All engagements are fixed-scope, quoted after a 30-minute readiness briefing.

AI-enabled operations application — a working application showing how AI can be embedded into day-to-day business operations. (In development)
